Argentinian sculptor Adrián Villar Rojas has a knack for the unusual(strong emphasis). His works usually look like they have walked right out of some science fiction nightmare where surreal intertwines with bizarre and macabre.

What you see before you is my favorite piece entitled 'My Dead Family'. It is a life-size blue whale beached somewhere in the woods((Fallout 2 anyone?) of Ushuaia, Argentina. Gargantuan carcass has been pockmarked with tree stumps all over, heightening the notion that creatures life is slowly drifting into non-existence, pointing at the implications human factor brings and its impact on the natural environment.
